I am a 24 year old young lady and I was born in Bulawayo and raised by my grandmother.Growing up, I learnt the fundamentals of giving from an early age, first from my grandmother’s teachings and later from my experience in primary school. SOS Primary School sheltered a lot of orphans and less privileged children. It is from sharing their stories and interacting with them that I learnt to appreciate what I have and the importance of giving back and helping wherever and whenever I can. At the end of the day, we all strive for a society where each and every child reaches their full potential and gets to become the person they always wished to become. I believe that development of societies and nations will only come  into play if generations of young children are educated and empowered
